Heartfelt Apology

Dear customer.
16 May Dear inconvenienced customers on the tour to Fujinomiya
We, Shizuoka TaaS General Incorporated Association,
arrange taxi charters for customers arriving by cruise ships at Shimizu Port.
On May 16, we sincerely apologize to the customers of Celebrity Millennium who chartered the 6-hour Fujinomiya course departing at 8:40 AM for causing them great discomfort.
We have strictly reprimanded the driver responsible
and have decided not to use his services for future charters.
We deeply regret ruining such a precious travel memory.
We are reflecting on this incident and will strive to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.
